Cancellation and Refund Policies
In order for Alaska Rendezvous Lodge, Inc. and Alaska Rendezvous Guides, Inc. to reserve your desired dates, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged at the time the reservation is booked. The remaining amount due will be charged 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival. If there are any changes or cancellations to the reservation there will be a $250 change/cancellation fee. Additionally, if a reservation is canceled more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 90% of the deposit is refundable, less the $250 change/cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled 90 to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit is refundable, less the $250 change/cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is nonrefundable. Our cancellation and refund policy is absolute. No refund will be given for fatigue, injury, weather, Covid-related cancellation, or other reasons. Refunds are not given to individuals in private or semi-private groups.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance for all of our guests. Travel insurance covers you for unexpected cancellations, injuries, lost or stolen luggage and so much more. Alaska Rendezvous strongly recommends that you enroll in Travel Insurance through Global Rescue prior to embarking on your trip.
